Ways To Get Rid Of Pimples, Zits, Spots, Or Acne Naturally

Whether you call them pimples, zits, blemishes, spots, or just acne. You can get rid of most cases of pimples naturally. Pimples can be caused by a weakened immune system, a liver that does not work at full capacity, or a diet that includes too much sugar and/or fat.

Here are some tips to help you get rid of acne naturally:

a. For the best acne treatment, you must be sure that you wash you face/affected area gently and avoid scrubbing hard, as this can damage your tender skin even more. Wash your face and/or affected areas at least once a day with mild soap and water to keep your pores from becoming clogged. For best results, wash as often as you can see your skin is becoming oily. The trick is to keep your affected skin clean and dry at all times. Avoid using hash chemicals and deodorants because it may worsen the acne.

b. Water is something you can not live without, and it is also a natural remedy. Drink plenty of water daily to flush toxins from the body. For best results, drink at least 80 to 100 ml of water each day. Drinking plenty of water helps keep ones body running smoothly, and efficiently, and is a very important part of Living A Healthy Lifestyle.

c. Apply tea tree oils on the pimples and any affected areas. Tea tree oil is very effective in getting rid of acne, zits, pimples, and blemishes.

d. Drink lots of fruit juices with a high content of vitamins A and E which are good for your skin and part of how to get rid of acne naturally. Berry juices like grape juice or cranberry juice are particularly high in natural antioxidants.

Better yet make your own fresh juice. Make a healthy juice with a bunch of watercress and half of the honey melon. It tastes good, contains vitamin A, folic acid and chlorine which acts as a natural remedy for acne. Additionally, you can juice a few watermelon chunks with a few beets for a healthy juice that is high in beta-carotene (vitamin A.) Another drink that is high in antioxidants and beta-carotene is carrots and fresh spinach combined.

f. Even severe and chronic cases of acne can respond well to the application of linseed oil as a natural treatment for acne.

g. Lemon juice is helpful to dry the acne/pimples  because of it’s high folic acid content. You can mix it in water for added benefits. Lemon juice is one of the most basic ingredients, easily obtainable throughout the year in most grocery stores.
