  • Lactobacillus Acidophilus-Eat yogurt, and activate your intestinal flora.
  • Coffee, Cocoa, Tea-Or some consumable that contains caffeine can work wonders.

  • it is easy to avoid and treat Constipation. Just eat lots of Fruits and Vegetables with fiber in it. Drink lots of water and fruit juices too.
